Crushing Records. is an independent label working out of a detached garage in Ventura, California.

Founded in 2026 by one person, with no plan and no roster — only a conviction that good music deserves to be collected, pressed, and passed along.

We don't know what the future holds. We don't know where we are going. But we know we need to start.

A label, not a brand.

Origin

Crushing Records. began in 2026, in a detached garage on the south side of Ventura. One person. Four walls. A concrete floor. A stack of records that needed a home.

There was no industry grievance behind it. No scene we were trying to escape, no manifesto we were nailing to anyone's door. Just a quiet desire to build something from the ground up — a place where good music could live together, regardless of where it came from.

We don't know what the future holds. We don't know where we are going. But we know we need to start.

People

The label is run anonymously. No names on the masthead, no founder photo, no LinkedIn. The records do the talking; the people behind them prefer the back row.

The garage door is usually closed.
